I took this image in 2005 on Nikon super compact (5700), now considered by some as a classic digital camera. It was an awkward camera to operate, exceedingly slow but at the time not matched or surpassed by many other units that were available.
Taken just metres away from Place de Concorde, Paris, a late night funfair were amongst the evening pleasures put on during the Summer weeks for the locals. They even had sand trucked in on the river Seine creating an artificial beach!
Not a fantastic image, but one full of memories for me, perhaps even a trigger for you.
